Just a quick note for you guys. Do not miss out on 8 hours of sleep. It ruins your cognitive functioning, your health and it especially gives you mood swings.  Today I found myself happy, then hungry, then mad and finally sad. That can't be right haha there was definitely some sort of imbalance.

  4. haha. yeah get sleep. It's clinically proven that lack of sleep makes you believe that you are right when you are wrong when you take tests!
