Ok, I'm going to make this list and it HAS to be completed by June.

1. Get into Medical School (Obviously number 1)
2. Build on tattoo (loaft way too much on this)
3. Lose 10 more pounds (on my way!)
4. Chill/Catch up with old friends before I possibly ship off
5. Quit weed for at least 6 months starting Lent
6. Visit an art show (not AGO, been there done that, but something more independent)
7. 85+ average in school
8. Find a subletter for summer
9. Try Ethiopian food
10. Explore Distillery district, St Lawrence market, and Liberty Village of Toronto... I'm always in Queen West area or around Ryerson, got to expand the horizons.
11. Take the phrase, "That's gay." out of my vocabulary. I slipped up on this one too many times around gay people. Insensitive of me, so I got to work on it.

LMAO. of course the filipino club at a medical school in the Caribbean I was looking at does a hip hop routine for a cultural show. It's cool the social media these days. I'm able to see what the actual students feel about the whole medical school experience. Like not just the studying, but the student life. Been following a couple of their blogs at the moment. 2-3 weeks. Here's hoping.

I love when my friends in toronto have NO filter at all. They just go off. To some people it's rude, it's mean, it's not cool, but to me I find it hilarious and if anything, a start to an actual conversation and exchange of ideas, especially if I don't agree with them or they don't agree with me.

k so I have this friend who was knocked up but she also complained that she didn't feel anything during the sex(ie. no orgasm on her part). the animation in this is amazing...
certain things stood out for me when watching this.

- 0:56, the animation for the guy falling back and rolling.
- 1:14-1:25, the girl's figure during slow motion, and the lift right after. it's awesome how he can draw pretty much every angle of the lift and include the little things like flowy hair, and the tilt before she melts.
- 1:50- the stretchy arm leg thingy. It really shows how shitty he feels.
- 0:56-1:01, 1:25-1:40, 1:52 and on, the guy loses the shading on him.
- 1:58- 2:26 the wings that come up. it just looks awesome.


it sucks that it had to end that way.

Thank you Lord for a beautiful weekend with beautiful friends. I may be sour at some points, but that's because I fail to look at the big picture.

This song was the first song I heard on Flow 93.5's Soca Therapy sunday nights. I actually make it a sunday practice of mine while doing homework back in high school to tune in. I was even on Dr. Jay's (the host) e-mail list for the list of tracks he played during the night.


Sadly, in the beginning of Black History month, Soca therapy and Riddim Track has been shut down by CHUM radio after buying FLOW 93.5. Silencing the sounds of black culture and music during a month meant to promote black culture and history?
